Are you ready to take that surfing feeling into your everyday life? Then join us and experience a week full of movement, closeness to nature and personal growth. Immerse yourself in a unique week in which surfing and movement training merge into a harmonious whole. Become a mindful surfer and feel the flow not only on the waves, but also in your body and mind!
For this Special surfweek we are working together with A-frame surf and yoga in El Palmar. They provide us with accommodation at the beach, amazing food and the best surf gear and teacher needed to make this camp successful. Our sessions are perfectly tailored to the surfing sessions and the natural conditions. Through targeted yoga and movement practices, we improve your mobility, balance and breathing – all essential elements that will take your surfing to the next level. But mindful surfing goes beyond physical practice: We combine movement with mindfulness, breathwork and meditation to connect you more deeply with yourself and the ocean. You will learn to be more aware of the moment, sharpen your senses and navigate on and off the waves with more ease.
This retreat blends surf coaching, movement classes, and mindfulness practices into one deeply connected experience. Each session is designed not only to improve your technique in the water, but to help you understand your body, your emotions, and your rhythm. Through meditation, journaling, and surf-specific training, you’ll gain tools that stay with you long after you leave the beach. It’s a journey of self-awareness, flow, and finding peace in the ocean and in everyday life.

Solveig (Sol) – Your yoga teacher
Sol has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She is a certified yoga teacher (700h+), trained Pilates and personal trainer, systemic business coach (dvct certified), nutritionist, and wellness & massage therapist. “I combine movement, meditation, coaching, and mental training to reconnect body and mind. I support you in discovering your full potential and growing in a natural, self-empowered way”.
Wijbrand (Wibi)- Your surf teacher
Wibi has been teaching how to surf for 7 years as an ISA and ILS certified Surf Coach. He holds a Bachelor in Sports & Leisure and has managed different surf schools in Holland. “In my lessons, I guide you with patience, clarity, and personal attention. Beyond technique, it’s about finding your style, reading waves, and building confidence in the water”.
